Postage Costs

We offer both a free post and a paid postage option to the United Kingdom. Our Freepost option is Royal Mail Tracked 48. The average delivery time of this service is 2-3 days and is fully tracked. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. Orders must be placed before 12pm in order to qualify for same day postage. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery aims of Royal Mail are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day by 1pm Monday-Friday (order must be placed by 12pm). If you place your order on a Friday, most of the time it should arrive on a Saturday, however occasionally it may be the Monday. This is Royal Mail and not us.

What happens if I’m not at home?

Most orders we send will go through your letterbox and is fully GPS tracked by Royal Mail. If you order an item that is “boxed” which will be detailed in the product description, the postman will knock to make delivery. if you are not home, they may leave it with a neighbour or hold it for you at your local delivery office. They will leave you a red card with all details of the whereabouts and how to collect.  You will also receive text/email updates with a delivery time window from Royal mail too, they will provide you with an estimated delivery time, and the option to divert your parcel or have it delivered a different day should you not be home, or you need to go out and the time isn’t convenient.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been marked as dispatched you can cancel the order, after this time it is then too late to cancel and you would then need to return it to us once you receive it should you no longer require it. If you need to cancel your order, then please contact us using our contact us page and we will arrange this for you. 

How can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately we can’t change your delivery address after an order is placed, and we can only send your item to the address given. Whether you use PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or other, please double check your address is correct before processing.
