Returns Policy

Return policy

We have a no hassle 30-day returns policy starting from the day you receive your order. Whether you have changed your mind or your item develops a fault we offer a free returns service.

How to return your order

Inside of your parcel will be a label with a QR code and a short form. Simply fill this in, scan the QR code or visit the link to generate a free tracked returns label from Royal Mail you can either print it at home, or take your email along to the Post Office and they will print it for you. Make sure you factory reset the device before returning it as we are unable to process any devices that arrive with PIN locks, iCloud, Samsung or any other security features still active.

How to track and trace your return

When you have generated a label, take it to the Post Office, they will scan it and give you a tracking receipt. It is very important that you keep this receipt safe as this will be needed in the event of any loss or damage in the Post. You can also use the tracking number on the receipt to track your delivery to us at Royal Mails Track and Trace website.

Refunds

Once your return arrives with us, we aim to process it within 72 hours (Monday-Friday). Once it has been processed we will then process your refund.

Exchanges

If you require an exchange or replacement item, please contact us to let us know and write it on the returns form when returning your item. We will then process your return as above within 72 hours and aim to have a replacement dispatched out to you within one day following this.
