What if I need to change or cancel my order?

You can contact us regarding any amendments you need to make up until the point where your order is dispatched. Just use the contact us link above and we’ll be happy to help.

What if I need to change my postage address?

Unfortunately we can’t change a postage address after an order has been placed. We would need to refund your order to you and you would need to then re-order after making the necessary changes. please double check your address before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery aims of Royal Mail are as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day by 1pm Monday-Friday (order must be placed by 12pm).

If you place your order on a Friday, most of the time it should arrive on a Saturday, however occasionally it may be the Monday. This is Royal Mail and not us.

I've changed my mind, Can I get a refund?

If you want to return your order, you can do so within 30 days. Just follow the instructions in the packaging to get a returns label. Make sure to reset your device fully before returning. view more details on returns here

I lost my password, how to login?

If you’ve lost your password you can use the forgot password link from the My Account page and you will receive a link to your email to set a new one. 

What if I miss my delivery?

Most orders we send will go through your letterbox and is fully GPS tracked by Royal Mail and doesn’t need a signature. If you order an item that is “boxed” which will be detailed in the product description, the postman will knock to make delivery. if you are not home, they may leave it with a neighbour or hold it for you at your local delivery office.

They will leave you a red card with all details of the whereabouts and how to collect.  You will also receive text/email updates with a delivery time window from Royal mail too, they will provide you with an estimated delivery time, and the option to divert your parcel or have it delivered a different day should you not be home, or you need to go out and the time isn’t convenient.
